Warmup: 15 minutes of slow waking on the treadmill
Bicep Curls – 3 sets of 12 reps
Tricep Extensions – 4 sets of 8 reps
Bench Press – 3 sets of 6 reps
Lat Pulldown – 4 sets of 5 reps
Lunges – 5 sets of 10
Crunches – 3 sets of 20
A slow 5 minute walk on the treadmill to cool down
This is a great workout that encompasses all body parts. It’s fun and most importantly fast, you can be in and out of the gym in no time!
