ATTENTION New Years Resolutioners: A Quick Fun Exercise Routine

If fitness was involved in your new year’s resolution and you’re still going to the gym, check out this full body workout! Remember though, do your research and be safe when excercising. 

 

Warmup: 15 minutes of slow waking on the treadmill

Bicep Curls – 3 sets of 12 reps

Tricep Extensions – 4 sets of 8 reps

Bench Press – 3 sets of 6 reps

Lat Pulldown – 4 sets of 5 reps

Lunges – 5 sets of 10

Crunches – 3 sets of 20

A slow 5 minute walk on the treadmill to cool down

 

This is a great workout that encompasses all body parts. It’s fun and most importantly fast, you can be in and out of the gym in no time!
