Fair Lawn just approved a law that when enacted, will require dog owners to pay a $700 fee if their dog is considered “potentially dangerous”. While it is still unclear what constitutes “potentially dangerous”, the ordinance seems to be in effort to make the town a safer place. The Fair Lawn Patch has the story.
