The council in Fair Lawn, NJ just passed an ordinance that will definitely appeal to those who like to sleep late. In recent months, residents have complained of construction and more specifically garbage pick up that was early in the morning. These complaints must have been substantial in number as the town passed an ordinance that prohibits garbage pick up from the hours of 10:00pm- 7:00am.
The change in hours should provide more satsifaction for residents who were previously unhappy.
